Direct TV mailed me a bill for a box I had not sent back. I called them that day and said they had sent the recovery box to the wrong address, but the bill to the correct address. I said I want to make sure you DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT, just send the box to the right address, and I will send back the box. The man told me that my account would not be charged! I just got home today, and I have the recovery box plus a bill stating that they have charged my debit card $55.08. They are now telling me that they can not reverse the charges...and that they will when I send back the box. They sent it to the wrong address....and told me that I would not be charged!!!!
