I rented a trailer from uhaul and was told the charge would be 46.08. I returned the trailer the same day, in the same condition i rented it in and found an extra $15 charge on my credit card. they tried to say I didn't "clean out" the trailer. That trailer had little rocks in the bottom of it when I rented it, as well as a little broken blue pencil. I left it just as I got it.

I called the store and got my money credited, but I suspect that this is a way for them to generate more revenue. What a rip-off. I won't every use u-haul again.
