We have an overdraft by the atm machine, before we knew it there was over $200.00 in charges, we are still not sure exactly what the charges are for. They then decided to close the account. Our direct deposit pay check was then deposited. They are now holding your full pay check for ten days then they say they will mail us a cashiers check. Why could they not take their $200.00 and give us our pay? To hold on to a persons pay for ten days in these hard times is cruel.In addition they were extreamly rude to us on the telephone.We are now suffering these two weeks with no money and disconected utilities because we dared to presume when the bank gets our money, which we worked for, we would have access to it. It does not work that way with Bank of America
