To join Weight Watchers online you have to agree to automatically have the membership fee debit from the bank account. There was no where on the sign up form to have a place to request notification via email for membership renewal. They just hope you don't remember that it was signed to automatically renew the membership. Hence you have your account debit for more membership fees. When you try to cancel online. Take note there is no customer service phone number available it is and online process. So I feel this is a deceptive billing practice to charge the account and when you request the cancellation the WW
refuses to honor your request. I would think such a large company would practice more professional protocol and honor customer requests. I will not just spread the word of the how the company must be desperate for membership fees but it has no courtesy or conscious. Very unhappy---and will share my story with others considering joining. They had been stay away from online membership. Better yet just join Nutra System. The food looks much better.
