ATT has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with...........I hated dealing with them years ago and hate it even more now. I called to make a payment for my mother who was in ICU. Death bed........I told them I was making a payment for my mother and we could not have the service cut off......I paid the bill on line......she said the service would not be cut off........Guess what.......Mom got back to the nursing home....to no phone service..........You have to be kidding me.......I had to go through an inadequate no real person several times to even get to a real person........Then the real person is as bad as the phone system..........My very very ill mother, now has no contact by phone to her supportive relatives who live over a 100 miles away, That is putting more stress on a very ill person............Try to find a toll free phone number to talk to someone......You have to be kidding............If the president is so anxious to take over a company.......this should be the one...........It is no worse then all the red tape with the government......This I might rejoice in..........I am frustrated and angry and shocked with their service.....Tomorrow I will put in a complaint with the attorney generals office and the better business bureau and might even have my brother talk to Obama himself...........
