Subject: att billing practices
Comment:
For about 5 months now, I have been charged for a disconnect fee of 175.00 and I as of right now have not dissconnected anything. I have spoken with att numorous times and have been told that it has been taken care of and still am receiving bills for that amount. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, the time has ran out on the complaint and they said that they recommend getting an attorney. Is that how they take care of customers that are paying them 300.00 a month? Well my next step is to cancel anything that has anything to do with att and never do business with them again. I am also telling anybody that is willing to listen about what has been going on between att and my family. I would also not recommend that you give them your credit card number because that is how I was paying my bill with them and they just charged my credit card for that amount like I wouldn't notice. Well I did notice and I feel like they stole from me. So, I took them off of auto pay and am paying my bill by check now and subtracting the amount of the over charge with an explanation every time I send in my usual payment. Any other advice?
