I called Direct TV twice to cancel and both times was quoted a $150 cancellation fee. After I cancelled, I was charged a cancellation fee of $339.50 I've called 3 times more to dispute that charge and I've put that Visa charge in dispute. I want to resolve the early term. fee before I return the equipment, but feel they'll charge me more fees. I've been a continuous Direct TV customer since 1998 and am very dissatisfied with the treatment I've received from Direct TV. It is causing me stress and is such a hassle, when I have so many other things to do.
