Santiago, I read your comment. Please note that in the past two months, two separate lawsuits against Standard Chartered have been filed by creditors with multimillion dollar losses seeking the return of the lost investments in the Fairfield Sentry fund (plus fees). One suit in New York federal court and one in Florida state court in Miami. If you are interested in bringing suit to recover a lost investment in Fairfield Sentry fund, please let me know as I have been approached by many investors interested in bringing such an action against Standard Chartered and related entities like Fairfield Greenwich and PriceWaterhouse Coopers (the auditor for the Fairfield Sentry fund) either individually or collectively in a mass action.
