hello to all, is there a lawsuit started as of today against standard chartered private bank, ex-american express private bank for lack of due dilligence? from my meetings with lawyers on this issue, their position has been to "Our plan is to immediately file a class action lawsuit against Standard Chartered to recover the service fees it has been collecting in relation to its clients’ investments in Fairfield" and that is not what i had in mind.
