State: Missouri Posted: 04/28/2009 Subject: Directv billling Comment: I have a similar issue. We are going to cancel in June when our last contract with them is up. This month alone I had to call four times to get $30 that they owed me put on my account. I told them I wanted the complete amount on my account. was told by Carlos supervisor 566539 that there was no one that could override the system within the company. Not even the president... Then I asked for someone above him he said there was not and that the call would just end up at a rep. All he could do was give me six month $5 programming credit. He also said there was $5 right now on my account which was not try. This to me is not acceptable as A I am going to cancel B the credit should have appeared in February March and April, C it will not appear anyway in the future. In prior conversations they told me it would appear on the next 3 months or that the escalation department would apply it within days and contact me. Never happened. I have had similar issues in the past but then when I called each time it was applied manually.But now they have marked my account that this cannot happen anymore. Like I am trying to steal from them for just $10 a month for Six months!!! |
