Chubb has taken the position that what was stolen was cash, not securities, and is limiting recovery to $1,000 or $1,500 per year. I am looking into a class action suit against them on this issue. If anyone is interested please let me know.

Also, has anyone heard from Picard, etal since their claim was filed?
