Main thread--Bank of America Complaints
State: texas Posted: 04/14/2009 Subject: excessive bank fees Comment: bamk America has charged me and my grandaughter thousands of 35.00 check fees by paying large check first and charging 35.00 excessive fees which have 35.00 fees charged on top of them, and even tho we have overlimit protection, they charge without taking the money from our savings to pay the short item. we have been charged thousands of fees from 1991 to now...it happens each month.......i call and they see that we have deposits and they are on hold, but yet the fees are charged and the fees made the accounts overdrawn......this us ussurious interest and fee illeglly charge. we should all join together and sue again and make them pay us for our monies lost all fees charged and time spent (Hours) on phone trying to straighten it all out. Bank of America is abusive,rude and arrogant, if you are not of spanish decent......they speak spanish and you do not understand what they are saying about you or to you, and are operating all states and branches in a discriminating way........let's sue them again, and hold them accountable for what they are doing daily to millions of their customers....... |
