It appears this issue has happened to several consumers. I was unaware of the so-called policy on my receipt. Yes, I admittted the movies were late, however, they charged me $85 without my knowledge. When I inquired about it, they said they have no record of me returning the movies. However, my husband personally handed the movies back to the cashier! Now, they said on the receipt, it says that if you return after 30 days, they charge you as sold and you dont have to return the movies. What?!? I returned the movies AND I'm out of $85?! But because they now claim we still have them, how can I prove it was returned within their 30 day period? I can't, but I know for a fact that we do NOT have these movies and that they were returned. This just seems so wrong.
