Subject: Billing Practices

I was recently charged $514.81 for services with DirecTV and I don't have DirecTV. I let my daughter use my debit card to get her DirectTv connected and we both asked the installer/business person to make sure it would not be used for anything else because, and I made this statement to him, "I do not authorize my account to be charged for anything". He promised that it would not be used for billing purposes and tah dah! Guess what, it was. I have called the company and haven't gotten any satisfaction as of yet. Is there anything I can do?
