Ric, I got the same BOA letter over the weekend, link below. Never been late. Never been over limit. BOA acquired Merrill Lynch and then lavished retention bonuses on the Merrill executives. Apparently the bonuses come out of our hides! Luckily I have open credit space on a card at a local bank. I'm moving the balance there.
