It is quite possible that Asset hired NCO to collect on their behalf...So NCO would contact you and ask for you to pay them... you can call Asset and ask if they have outsourced your account to another agency. If you are going to pay the bill...make sure that you get a Paid in Full letter or a Settled in Full letter...But they should report back to Asset that you paid the bill.
