Comment:
Complaint implicates Madoff aide DiPascali in scam. There is absolutely no way in hell Bernie pulled this thing off by himself shielding knowledge of the scam from every other person close to him. Impossible. Too vast an enterprise. I assume more of the Madoff helpers will be charged as the investigation progresses.
