Subject: Bogus late billing

Kept a game rental for two weeks and was charged $60 (after the game was returned). Store told me they were unwilling to remove the charge and that I should just come down and pickup the game as I owned it now. When I asked about the "No Late Fees" policy, they said that it had changed and I should have read my receipt. I have been a Blockbuster member for 20 years and I was NEVER notified about them rescinding the "No Late Fees Policy".
