I will also be happy to join in on a law suit. I know MANY, MANY people who would as well, we just need to know how to go about it. I know of a previous law suit that passed for the same reason, clearly the company did not learn anything from it. I don't mind late fees and policies as long as I am aware of them. I WAS IN NO WAY MADE AWARE OR TOLD OF THIS POLICY WHEN I RENTED THE VIDEOS OR OPENED MY ACCOUNT. I think the public has had enough of being ripped of by corporate America.
