Comment:
Consumers need to be vigilant to ward off overdrafts, bank fees. The title of article pisses me off. It makes it sound like the duty to avoid getting scammed by the banks is on the consumer. How about the government enforces the laws and clamps down on the banks? Why is that so hard?
