CareerBuilder sues Bank of America over auction-rate securities. The market for so-called "market rate securities" has been frozen for over a year leaving holders of these securities unable to sell them. The allegation is that brokers from many financial institutions (including BOA) did not adequately disclose the nature of these instruments to the client making sure the client understood the risk before the sale was made.
