I purchased a Dell Computer in 2003 and was never given the proomised rebate. I continued to pay on the $1200.00 total price for a computer that was advertised for $499.95 with rebate. I paid on this computer for four years and the balance was still more than that! I called numerous times from the beginning until last year, trying to get this resolved and be credited for rebate and interest. I was promised many times that this would be mailed to me. However, it never was, and I stopped making payments to them in 2007. I was advised to dispute the balance. I did, but it was not accepted. They are now placing me with a recovery system. There is a class action lawsuit for this, but I do not know where to get the proper form.
