i hope theres enough room here. why cant you get hold of a supervisor when you call 1 888 get charter? there arent any! why dont they train their telephone operators to actually HELP a customer? because there are plenty more customers!
i spent 7 hours on the phone yesterday, which includes 10, yes, 10 calls to them, and innumerable time on hold, and more time listening to the ring, ring, ring while i was waiting to speak to a supervisor, not to mention that i had to tell everyone of the people i spoke to my story of why i was calling. why was i calling, you ask? to straighten out my bill! i have had cable since 2/5/09, and it is 3/17/09 today, and i got the bill yesterday . for 315.90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
for not even 2 months of service! i have the cable,phone and internet bundle for 104.00 a mo. figure that one out.
now, try to get their actual corporate phone number from them. well, i got one, and its good. its 1-314-965-0555. i got hold of a very nice lady named bethany who is working with me to get my bill straightened out. my hubby got the # off the internet. i hope it helps someone out there. oh yea, charter is a monopoly here where i live. aint that great?
