Subject: billing practices and rudeness!

I have been cheated on my bill. Nobody at charter customer service seems to know what they are doing. They tell you one thing and then do another. There is also a guy that worked at the Arnold Mo. store who is verrrry rude and seems to not to be accountable to anyone!? I am very unhappy with charter. I have been a good customer and always pay my bill on time. This is horrible. I have since gone with another carrier and will never go back to charter.! They have told me no install fees and then go ahead and charge.
