Subject: incorrect billing causing disconnect

very poor customer service !!!
I was unable to resolve problem and I am still without service !!!
I am still recieving offers , even talked to supervisor , had set date to reconnect---- a few minutes later I recieved a call and was very rudly
was told NO WAY !!!!!----2 days later I recieved a letter with another offer !!!????
If i could corispond with someone willing to correct
this problem I would like to have my service back !!
If you can't do this, PLEASE STOP CALLING WITH OFFERS
and mailings!!!
