Subject: Dell continues to mislead consumers
Comment:
Purchased a Dell as our college recommended. Also the salesman talked us into the three year extended warrenty for 'next day' repair service. Was promised 12 month financing same as cash, and then was slapped with three months of interest PLUS three months of late fees! Warrenty work took a week!
