We rented a truck from Uhaul and when I reserved it was told it would be $29 a day, when we went to pick it up they told me that it would cost us $49 a day, then we returned the truck and they called me the following day and informed me that because we were 10 minutes late returning the truck they were going to charge us for a third day. It ended up costing us $181 for 2 days then when I called her back she said my husband was a stupid toothless fool.
I don't know where they learned customer service but we will never use them again.
