Contracted with Charter approximately one month ago. Paid for six months service, all activation and installation charges. Didn't lease anything from Charter, bought my own equipment. Now they send me a "refund" check of part of my credit card payment and are billing me for twice what they contracted for. Apparently they (Charter) think they have a legal right to change terms of contract unilaterally in their favor. Going to court, ditching the service, and removing their service line to the property.

These bums are engaging in planned fraud and misrepresentation on a gross basis and need to suffer the perils of a class action lawsuit.
