Had my domain set to auto renew. When I got notification in on Jan 10 that they were going to renew my domain (not due to expire until March) I immediately contacted them to not renew and to transfer my domain to GoDaddy. NSI billed me anyway and finally transferred the domain to GoDaddy. When I requested a credit ($34.99) for the charge they refused. So in essence I have paid $34.99 to NSI for nothing. Their response: "too bad."
I will never ever do business with these people again and you shouldn't either.
