My problems started November of 2008, I paid over $400.00 with a balance of $2.65, 10 Days later get a bill for $209.79, I was like WTF called they said they disconnected ($60.00) @ the pole which is a lie as two of my tvs are connected to no box (old school). Then I get another bill in January 09 for $433.67, I'm like f it I'm not gonna keep paying it. Gave in paid the $209.79 then I get another bill in February for the same amount. I have had enough of Charter's BS Sent a email to their head of complaints Micheal Henry he is also a joke

Oh yeah he likes to hide behind his big desk and have his flunkies call you at the wrong times. Going to try to call Steve Tripp Tomorrow and see if it goes anywhere. God when will they go broke. It's either charter or centrytel in my area and they are the same. The only thing I will credit charter with is their internet is the fastest around. but their cable sucks ass. The stupid phone I had to dial 1 314 to call anyone is st. louis or 1-636 for anyone in west county area. The same for cell phones. This dude is from SC and how the hell he got a 636 area code phone is beyond me also his phone goes straight to voicemail
