In December 2008 I got basic telephone and cable service - approximate cost $28 minus taxes. The cable was giving installation issues and I called to report this. AT&T said they would send someone out and made no mention of a cost for this given the fact that it was new sevice. Low and behold on my February bill they have attached an $80 charge for "labor". I am in dispute with them right now. Looks like AT&T is same AT&T it was 10 years ago when I dropped them in disgust. Shame on me for giving them another try.
