THis company has been terrible for a long time. fraudulent billing, extreamly terrible service. extreamly poor customer service. I even turned to satalite, Same thing.... you will not escape the bad tv service you experiance. I have bills with charter and they cant even tell me why? there in collection. you need to call them. thats there answer. they cant even tell me what was paid on the account and why i owe the monies there DEMANDING. its rediculouse. I was even told... "here is a list of numbers of the collectio agencies we use. call them and see if they have your account". Prove i owe you money... and i will be glad to pay it!
