Since I purchased my Blackberry Curve (which I am returning) in Novemeber of 08 I have been billed incorrectly every month, with usage charges/avg monthly bills close to $500.00 I called Customer Service every single week, for a minimum of 30 min. each time, was repeatedly told the issue would be corrected and it never was. I refuse to pay for service that AT&T purports to provide and is unable to(int'l txt msgs/email rarely worked) OR pay for services I specifically said I didn't want and was not only charged for, but was actually DOUBLE charged for - this is apparently called "cramming" and is illegal, so check your bills very carefully. Finally I was able to get the Executive Complaint Department (DO NOT BOTHER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE THAN ONE TIME) at 800-283-6407 and after indicating I was filing both an FCC and ICC complaint, was able to get the situation possibly resolved. We'll see what happens in the next 30 days.
