Comment:
If you get charges on your att bill and they are from another carrier. (the name of that company shows on the top left hand corner of the bill) It comes in your att bill but charges very well display that they are for another carrier. There is a toll free number to call for billing questions by the charges or there is a toll free number to call on the upper right hand corner for the company that is charging. There is also a paragraph before the charges that explain charges aren't those of att but for the specific 3rd party. You can call that company request to cancel since didn't authorize find out how and why charged request credit for charges (probably take 1-3 billing cycles to see credit on att since that company will have to send the credit through back to att) then call att and explain that you have called that company and you just want to dispute those charges and att will exclude those charges from late pay and any treatment for past due for up to 3 months. Finally when you see the credit appear on the att bill call att back and request a 3rd party carrier block on account.
