Charter will say anything to get your business. They promised me the $99.99 deal. Which included the phone service, internet as well as cable. I really didn't need the phone. But the sellsman said I would be saving more money. So I had them give me the special deal. But when my first bill arrived. I was shocked to see a bill for over $150.00 I called to complain. And they pretended they never offered me that service. And I was locked into this bill. And they billed me 150.00 until I cancelled my service. Which strucked me as odd. That I had such a high bill every month. Even without the special $99.99 deal. Since I only had basic cable, beside the internet and phone package. It never added up. So Be very careful with dealing with Charter. They will try to rob you blind.
