Ended my DSL services early Dec 2008. Have been billed monthly, and it is very difficult to get to anyone. Let alone a right dept, one that speaks English well and of course I'd love to speak with anyone that has an ounce of professional skills under their belt. Three months in to this mess, they promise credits that are never applied, and still billing me. Now they tell me that they have been monitoring my activity???!! HOW? I am on the phone right now, 1.42 hours in to this and still not in the right dept. UNBELIEVABLE and illegal billing!
