Subject: Billing practices

I was told that my total charge would be $44.99 monthly for a year. The first bill was more than that amount, I have never received a bill that is the same monthly charge. Currently, the bill is $115 but just last month I paid $63.38. There is no such thing as customer service--you are left on hold for so long until you hang up. When you do speak with someone, they are constantly telling you that you owe this money, they do not listen to anything you have to say. They are very good at bait and switch--they tell you one price when you make that first call then after that the price increase is almost 100%. How in the world are they able to get away with this? DirecTV--illegal, unfair, immoral, and most definitely unethical.
