Subject: billing practices

I am so sick of not knowing what my bill will be! This month there are 345 minutes billed at .45 each called Daytime...of course I'll spend half the morning on the phone trying to sort it out with some bored clerk, but this time I decided to take the whole thing further and will be contacting the industry watchdog and wanting some answers as to why I cannot understand my own telephone bill and why they constantly shift your plans or make you sign new plans getting a new phone etc. While I'm at it I think I'll start a campaign against using the cellphone whilst driving...which would be banned anywhere else where the companies don't have so much government influence!
