Subject: A Two-Year Nonexistent contract.
Comment:
I contacted a CSR with ATT to ask for a change in my residential phone plan... I was informed that I couldn't change my plan without incurring a $200 early termination fee.. I never signed a contract.. I've never heard of a contract for a residential phone!!.. In fact, when I ordered this phone service, I asked if I could change it and/or cancel it without penalty.. and the guy told me yes.. so now, I'm stuck with a phone service that's too expensive! HELP!
