Charter is the most jacked up company that I have ever seen. Not only do they just "charge" things that they dont inform you of, They start or stop there on demand and dont even explain it to you as to why! They said they have great deals and good promotions, however- thats all they do- SAY. Their "TEAM MEMBERS" are rude and of now help
