Subject: AT&T billing & service practices

I dont't know where to begin, there are so many complaints. January 08 I moved to an area that can't have DSL service, so I changed to dial up. Six months later my email was cut off along with my dial up service. I was told to talk to tech support, they said it was a billing issue. The next day I called the business office back, who said they fixed everything,but it wasn't.Tech support referred me back again. I was told that the order was issued wrong in January and that I couldn't get my email address back. I ended up disconnecting my service. They made it seem like it was my fault. I went to hughesnet which is also terrible
