If you would bring your movies or games back within 7 days of the original due date, there would be no problem what so ever, and no charge. The way it is right now, you can take your credit card off of your account, keep a movie for one month and only pay a 1.25 restocking fee. That sounds like a good deal. Also, if the movies were returned to the shelf without being checked in, and they are ever scanned to be rented by another person, the computer will tell us that this is checked out to another customer and would we like for it to be checked in and checked out to the current customer. It is not a hard concept to rent a movie, watch it for a week, and then bring it back where someone else could watch it. You are probably the same person that complains that we have none of the new movies in stock. So stop whining and bring your movies back on time.

Thanks.
