Subject: Erroneous charges

I have had incorrect charges on my ATT internet service since MAY 2008. Every month I spend approx 4 hours on the phone getting "credits". Some show up and others don't. I am duplicate charged for internet service and at one point was being billed for HSI Expert Plus which is a business internet service they offer. I don't know how to stop this madness. A class action lawsuit for erroneous charges seems reasonable to me!!!
