For over 5 months, I have been trying to get billing problems corrected with AT&T. I have stacks of documentation (including emails from AT&T reps). Everytime someone tells me they have the bills corrected, I am so relieved - but then, of course, I get another bill that is wrong (by over double the amount). I finally wrote them to CANCEL the service that I had never used in November. They are still sending me bills, now with late charges. This is just unreal. The last representative I spoke to gave me her email address at AT&T Small Business and told me she would make the corrections as soon as my final bill arrived, but now she does not respond to my emails. How can AT&T get away with this? I found her # through this MedLawPlus link (and was so thankful for it) but now still no resolution. Does anyone else have any advice? Thank you!!!!!! Sherri
