I purchased this program through Pay Pal and I paid $49.99 for it! That was suppose to guarantee me a full year's services, bla bla bla -I have written to them numerous times and of course, no response. I am so angry that I allowed this company to rip me off. I have made several purchases over the past 8 years and most are reputable companies, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. I believe they also sell a Virus Program that has been the subject of complaints as well. I made my purchase through Pay Pal - they may be able to get them to resolve these complaints. What else can we do?
