Maybe I am missing something but this software advertisement clearly states that it takes OVER THE AIR signals and converts them. You need an antenna to grab the signals. When someone figures out how to connect a UHF antenna to a PC then this might perform better. I think I will pass on this amazing new technology for now LOL.
