State: va Posted: 02/02/2009 Subject: Charter TV service Comment: Charter communications on the eastern shore of virginina is the most deplorable, poorly managed company that i have every been involved in during my 73 years, worked in purchasing for twenty six years and have never seen anything like this company. They will never let you tal k to the same person twice always passing you on to someone else, never solve any of your problems you call about just give you an excuse for the problem and have no concern for their customers at all... just want to make sure you pay your bill (61.65) a month in advance, alwys giving you credit that you never get. They should have local, state and federal government get on them and fire all top management and hire new ones off the street like they do their technicians. have a good day dish tv is great so lets all get away from chater and enjoy tv. have a good day a upset person on the eastern shore of virginia |
