Subject: deceptive, unfair, monopoly!!!!

I have been arguing,and fighting with Charter for years, they quote a price of $116.00 I sigh a contract and I get my bill and it is over $140.00, I call and can't speak to anyone ENGLISH, They NEED to be regulated, they can do whatever they want and get away with it and here in Michigan where I am we can't get any other cable company. NOT FAIR they have ripped me off over and over again and I want someone to listen to me!!!! I will be willing to be part of a class action lawsuit anyday, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!
