Bought an upgrade to Registry Repair Pro, a program that I had been using on a Windows XP system with good success, for my Vista 64bit system. Got two addition programs with purchase. The Registry program crashed my system. Neither of the two bonus programs would install, kept freezing up. Contacted 3b Software about help with installation, three times now, never got a response from them. Paid via PayPal (who was not any help in resolving this) direct from my bank account so I can't even get a refund through a credit card company. Very fraudulent practices, who like to see a class action law suit against them.
