After closing my acct and mailing back HD receiver, I was billed 16.96 for an pay-per-view from Mar 2008. I called Directv and was put on hold for 30 min they told me that I order the same movie 4 time within two days on Mar 2008 and that was recorded on the receiver harddrive which we had never,ever ordered.
I found that there are a lot similar complaints on the following URL.

Directv just wants to trap/cheat you after you cancel its service.
I will never order DirecTV again.
